Planning for my VANS commercial

Props:

Since my group and I decided to produce a VANS commercial, our main prop will be Vans shoes since we all own a pair. Multiple at that. If we can find a skateboard, we will incorporate that into our commercial but we can always do the commercial without it. We will also have a VANS box to really sell it.

Costumes:

In our commercial, we will be dressed in the normal "skater" attire. A flannel, skinny jeans and of course our Vans shoes. Their will only be one member as the person starring in the commercial because most VANS commercial is one person.

Schedule:

- On 10/23/20, our group researched conventions and codes for our VANS commercial

- On 10/24/20, our group tossed around ideas on how we would go about our commercial idea

- On 10/27/20, our group created the storyline for our commercial for our 30 second commercial

- On 10/28/20, our group filmed our 30 second commercial

- On 10/30/20, our group edited and put any finishing touches to the commercial

Location list:

Our main location will be at park in the neighborhood. At the park, we'll have someone trying on different types of Vans and basically posing with them or doing physical activity with the shoes on. If we have the skateboard, it will emphasize on who the shoes are made for. But if we don't have the skateboard and we go with the posing ide, it will showcase how the skaters don't have to be complacent with their shoes. VANS have a wide array of different shoes and tastes to choose from.

Our second location would be around the neighborhood. At this location, we can get more shots of the actor walking around in the different types of VANS. This would help to emphasize that VANS aren't boring and you don't have to be bored with them.

Backup Plan:

Our backup plan could be us in the neighborhood with a different outfit to match the different vans. It would show that VANS aren't boring and aren't only for skaters who they seem so focused on.
