I filmed my commercial on November 3rd, 2020. I filmed this commercial by myself and edited by myself which was a bit difficult. But, nothing is impossible if you put effort towards it. I had all the VANS products and anything extra needed for filming. I used my phone and my own imagination to bring the commercial to life. I had an area near my apartment where I felt comfortable filming and I got straight to it. Most of the commercial was in one spot which was okay because it was only me. I had to be the actor and director. Filming was a pretty lengthy task just because I had the vision but I didn't know how to execute it as nicely as possible. Changing my shoes back and forth was harder than I thought it would be. Sadly, the night time caught me earlier cause of the time change. I filmed in my room as well because I didn't want the commercial to be outside in the dark but I made it work to the best of my abilities. I got real good close-up shots of the shoes and I did my best to show the durability of the shoes as well. I made sure to get good lighting and I set everything up ahead of time. I had the shoes and VANS products on standby which cut filming time. If I had more people, I could have done a more elaborate commercial. But, the highlight of my commercial in essence is just the shoes. It makes the project seem brief but I did the best of my capabilities. VANS are lightweight, comfortable and reliable. I hope my commercial got that point across.

Things that bring in the idea of Destiny's Child as a group. Having little moments where we seem real close was important because Destiny's Child always came off as a sisterhood and nothing less. Planning for my music video

  The next step of our project is planning .  T his is the time where we  think of which  conventions,   we  want to incorporate  and which ones  we will  le a ve out.  There  were a  lot of conventions   seen and noted . However, we can only fit so much into a minute-long vide o .    Props:  Since the song is about women getting  what they  desire  through their own  earnings, the  scene  where  we a re  at the mall  props such  as  money , shopping bags ,  and what we buy will be used.
